Dalarna

After I ended my Master in Photojournalism in Barcelona, in may of 2011, I came to Sweden  with my wife and we decided to start our life in this country in the beautiful town of Falun in Dalarna. I wanted to discover this new culture and I wanted to do it through photojournalism. So after several months of studying swedish and working in other things than photography  I finally found a job in the regional newspaper “Dalarnas Tidningar” (DT). There I met incredible people that helped me very much to develop my work and to understand the culture of Dalarna and to start this exercise. To all of them: I have them a lot of respect and appreciation. So after several months of  photographing the province of Dalarna, I’ve now  put together some of the best moments  that I have experienced (so far) in Getting to know Dalarna.
